Hello,
These Bestcap supercapacitors only seem to be spec’d up to 75degC. Do you know of any supercapacitors which can handle up to 125degC, and down to -40degC?
We also need low ESR.
The voltage is 1.5V.

The 1.5V rail supplies lots of chips emitting high frequency current pulses. The total load is 65A.
