Friends,
I am now doing a robotic project in which I have to implement vision. For that I decided to use 2 low cost cameras which have either parallel or serial interfaces. The board which I am using(ATNGW100) don't have a USB host, so can't use usb cameras.
Can anyone please suggest low cost cameras for this application?

Is there anyone who have done project using this board? then, can you please tell me what are the cameras that could interface using on board ISI?

Re: Camera- suggestion

If you don't need best quality of images, buy CMOS-sensor. Video would be on parallel bus, control - serial. I have some experience with OmniVision(OV5610 - 5 Mpx, $30), but people says that Micron-sensors more better.

Re: Camera- suggestion

Hi sreejith,
We used CMUcam2 on our robot last year (https://www.cs.cmu.edu/~cmucam2/). It is low resolution camera module. It have very low motion blur and some image processing functions built in. If you need more resolution you should consider puting entire mobile phone in your robot as camera module. You can do all image processing on mobile phone and just connect it to the rest of systems on robot.
