Suggestion for the BJT placement (3:4)????

Hi all,

I have the BJT ratio as 3:4 in my design, i've arranged these as attached , is it ok ,
or any other better placement suggestions,,All are BJTs

The bipolar mismatch is very very small,
about 1~2mV,so you can place them in this way:
BABABAB,
I think that's all

it will depend upon the aspect ratio of all the bipolars
