can any one suggest good material about floating gates, and also suggest some project titels on floating gates.

I want to develop a circuit using floating gates.
my idea is to use floating gate as resistor and develop circuits like function generator r bandgap reference voltage ckt...where output is function of resistor.can any one suggest any more ideas using floating gates.Tell me the advantages n disadvntages of the above ideas.please tell me floating gate application other then memories.
