who can recommend some good books on ADC and DAC design to me?Chinese Edition is the best.

Try Behzad Razavi's book on Data Conveters. Also try Jacob Wikner's book. I am not sure whether they have Chinese editions.

You can find some books in the ebook board of this forum.
There are many IEEE theses about AD and DA.
You should make sure your interest about AD and DA is in which type .
High speed or high precision.
AD include flash, pipeline, sigma-delta, SAR ,etc.

a good book for new comer, especially to whom interested in sigma-delta ADC.
