Suggest me current amplifier or operational amplifier with high current output

Hello , I'm in computer engineering department . i design some project with my own idea . i use LM741 op-amp to output amplified voltage that i needed but output current is less than < 20 MA and i want to reach 1 A at least. so anyone knows how to reach this current value without changing this voltage value , like current amplifier or operational amplifier with high current output ...

Power OPs are basically available. Optimal respectively suitable solution depends on your application. A 741 with a current booster (npn and pnp power transistors) may be a simple solution without depending on special parts.
