hi all , i am doing a sms access door system project and i nid something like a door sensor to sense if the door is closed properly or something.anybody have any information that u could provide?thanks.
Typically sensing door closure is done with a magnetic switch. The system consists of a reed relay and a magnet. The magnet is mounted on the door and the reed relay is mounted to the door frame. See link below for an example.
