hi, if any one can upload CCS compiler at mihd.net, because i cannot access rapidshare its being banned in my institute.

CCS is upgraded frequently, but if you need to finish your project quickly, I think CCS is suit for you.

I don't think that CCs can be used for PIC C. It is generally used for Texas Instruments controllers like TMS series.
For PIC C you can go for Microchip Environment.
