If u want to study the internal circuits of logic gates part 3 of Microelectronics by Sedra will sufice u. If u want to learn about gate level design, on the other hand, Logic design by mano will suit u. Logic design using Verilog or VHDL will call for books such as the ones by navabi, however.

i dont know if the book is here or not but it's solution is definately avialiable here..so u can also watch out for solution....

but i think 'introduction to logic design' by Sajjan G. Shjiva is better than the above ...... and good thing is that it is here in this forum......
