[SOLVED] Suggest me a counter

I'm in need of a cheap counter that works with 30-40 MHz clock. Would be cool if it:
uses 9v supply
is also an oscillator
has a lot of outputs
Guess I can use 4060 - it is 14bit with oscillator, but it's missing Q10, and that can be a problem

you can cascade any number of counters by giving the MSB to the next counter clk....
 
I know that, but why would I use 3 4bit counters when I can use 1 12bit.
Best one I found is HEF4040 but they don't have it in the local shop
 

The woman selling there has no idea what is available I am not sure she even knows what a counter is...
I was about to buy sever 4bits and a 4069 for oscillator, but a 4060 with a T flip-flop seems like the better idea. I would have never thought of that, thanks!
