Suggest how to work with microcontrollers?

Hi......
I am very much interest to work with microcontrollers like 8051,80196....
I hav no xperience,so hw can i start for gathering programin concept,can anybody
help me,with some example code?

You can use this book as well as the development kit along with other Assembly compilers like MPLab.
