Hello, everyone!
The subthreshold eqution as follows is for the long channel or the short channel? if for the long channel, how about the equation for short channel? Would someone do me a favor? Thanks a lot.

ids=I0* exp((Vgs-VT)/(n*Vth))*(1-exp(-Vds/Vth))
