max232 substitute

I search a substitute for mas 232 because i try to start with frescale processor at 3.3Vlts and max 232 isn't good, ther's a pin2pin soic package subst?

substitute of max232

you can use the 3V types: Maxim MAX3232 or Sipex SP3232. They are pin compatible to MAX232
