hi,
I would like to know in detail about the sub-threshold slope parameter value. In my design I use a sub-threshold operated OTA for design of charging circuit but as per the equation Vl=2*Ut/K (Vl=Linear voltage range, Ut= thermal voltage=25.9mV and K=sub-threshold slope parameter) the value of Vl=80mV as the paper suggests.
I am confused how they determined the value of k=0.64 in this case. To my knowledge sub-threshold slope parameter is expressed in mv/decade (example : 85mv/decade).
could someone help me out to figure out this.
