sub-parameter in in Ibis model in PSD15.1

What does mean sub-parameter's ground_clamp_bus and power_clamp_bus for IbisPinMap?

For sub-parameter's ground_bus and power_bus I have to write number of pin'c that connected to GND and VCC accordingly.
for example for 74ALS04N
(IbisPinMap
(1
(C 1.17e-12 )
(L 6.1e-09 )
(R 0 )
(WireNumber 1 )
(signal A0 )
(signal_model ALS04N_IN_PNP )
(power_bus pwrbus14 )
(ground_bus gndbus7 ) )

If I have component, that has several pin's for connect to GND and VCC. How must I write sub-parameter's ground_bus and power_bus it my model?
