i checked my circuit
nothing is wrong (unfortunately my multimeter got repaired i just continuity of wire all good but cant check appropriate current rating i hope current cant be big problem)

then i kept the led on the crystal but it is not glowing (I'M NEW TO HARD COMPONENTS OF PIC I'M JUST A STUDENT)

i tried to download some other prog (after tat boot file fail using icprog106B)

what programmer are you using?
Do you verify the contents of the PIC after its programmed?
try reading the PIC to see if it has code in it.
if its dead, its most likely to read all zeroes and will not erase or program.

You need a PIC programmer to load the bootstrap program before you can use the bootloader. If you haven't load the bootstrap program you will get nowhere.
