Strong DECODER power IC replacement

Please, I got a problem with this strong decoder.
The power IC is burn and i couldn't find the specific number.
could anyone help by letting me know which alternative i could use instead of IC 381065
 

The IC 381065 does not seem to be a standard part. It can be a "custom IC". Power IC can mean a lot of things. I suggest that you post more info about what do you mean by "strong decoder" . And a photo of the part.
