strange problem of IC5033 on Redhat LINUX WS 4

I installed ic5033 on linux ws4. I set up export LANG=en_US and export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 in .bashrc. So everything looks fine. But in Analog Design Enviroment I can not change or delete the design variable. It seems like the "chang" and "delete" buttons do not work.

Also in Model Library Setup window, I get no response when I click "Go up on directory". I don't know what is going on.
 

maybe your license is`nt good
 

Problem solved. When I set session language as American English in log-in screen, everything is solved. This is weird since I have set LANG=en_US and I only install English language.
