Secondly, to maximize the baud rate, TX/RX distance and decrease the susceptibility to RF noise, typically you will need to implement some method of encoding, like Manchester Encoding, when utilizing ASK/OOK RF modules like those shown.
Also, both the TX and RX endpoints will require some form of microcontroller or processor with which to interface.
