STM32L431 controller PA7 pin short to the GND

Hello All,
Please help me product on filde work 2 month and return for fail, i am observe that controller PA7 pin short to Ground so help me that is problem to short controller pins
please reffre attached PDF file

Hi,

The signal goes to a connector ... then most presumably to an external circuit .... but without ESD protection.

Good design add ESD protection on every signal that leaves/enters the PCB.

It seems you need to replace the controller IC ... including firmware.

i am attached two Pdf that can be shower to connect control pcb to IR PCB used harness but this product work on filed 2 month and customer complaint then this condition is observed only one pin is damaged.
 

Can you confirm that PA7 shows a short to ground, that can be measured without powering the processor board and with J2 disconnected? How many ohms?
 

yes
disconnect all connector 3E resistor shone in meter
