STI5517 locked in reading by jtag..?

sti5517 jtag

Dear,
has the reading by jtag of the 5517, jkeys indicates cpu sti5517, but "CDU peek", impossible to read IRD...., it is possible that the sti5517 is protected in reading by jtag systeme??
