hello everybody
I am a user of a LAN(wired) and Wireless(WiFi) but suffering from its speed
since it has a lot of users
is there any way to specialize bandwidth, so that I have the maximum speed?

Depending on the router there may be settings to set priorities for different ports or connected devices.
Do you have access on the router settings?

You can try by strengthening your transmitting and receiving signal of Wireless(WiFi). A noise signal sent to other user's area may benefit you.

He said that he has the problem through both LAN and WIFI so it can't be signal strength

A noise signal sent to other user's area may benefit you.

Are you suggesting him to make some kind of device to jam others... I hope not.

Well, alex is right here in the first place. The issue might be resolve if you only know the access of the router.
