Hi,
Can anybody tel me the status of openings for (1.6yrs exp) Physical Design Engineers in India?
I heard,There will be less openings only for Physical design Engineers in India!!
Is it true?

Not true. But only problem is that most of the big companies look for 5+ years exp engineers in PD while service companies look for 3+ years exp engineers in PD

I dont think there are much issue regarding status of PD. I think hiring is always on but the requirement is for some good bunch of people as everywhere.
so if u r doing good no worries,forget abt ur exp.
