-65 -52.8 -48
-66 -52.2 -48
-62 -52.5 -48
-62 -52.5 -49
-63 -51.8 -48
-60 -51.5 -48
-61 -50.8 -48
-56 -49.8 -47
-60 -51.8 -47
-63 -51.8 -48

variation in mean due to change in circumstances !

your question is as good as my answer

I can see the mean value given by (max+min)/2 is always lower than the measured average; f.i. the first row is (-65-49)/2=-57 that is lower than 52.8. Supposing the sampling to get max/min and avg is the same, then the actual values are closer to the maximum rather than the minimum

Statistics is the study of the collection, organization, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data.It deals with all aspects of this, including the planning of data collection in terms of the design of surveys and experiments.
