Starting to learn the basics about STM32, wich IDE and programmer do you advise?

Hi guys, gonna start learning more about these well spoken MCU's.
I would appreciate some tips about IDE and programmers.

By the way I am thinking of buying this board to start, what do you think?

Good choice. Keil is free till 32kb of code. This is enought for you for first few years.
