whic will be good starting point for analog design?

step by step as follow-
1- Circuit analysis ( shaum series or any publication)
2- Basic device physics and basic analog block ( Sedra smith and Jacob Baker OR Bolsted and Gray Mayer)
3- Design of analog integrated circuit ( Behzad Razavi, Allen Holberg)

yes, agree with above. but you should also have a solid knowledge on mathematic. you will find that is so important that if you want to be a good analog designer!!
