Starting a New Company for Industrial PCB desing/assembly

Hi im from Venezuela and im starting a new company to desing, assembly and construction of PCB in a Industrial scale like 1000 square metter per year... so i need to know all the process that this envolve and whats the better suplier for the equipment that i need... thnx a lot...

I think it's according your placement(simple products or complex products),but if as your idea"1000 m2 per year",i thin it's too small,directly,you can find a OEM supplier in China,just like us-we can produce 2-20layer PCBs.
