most of times,we see a complete evaluation board just needing our program.
but a problems goes on:
if you want to make a project out of board ,you don't know which part is necessary
--------------
now I want to know the minimum requirement for turning a lpc1768 on
1- the power
2- clock src
3- LEDs
and a program for a simple LED project

I want to know which part made for power|clock|LEDs

I've seen blueboard schematic.
it makes a good Idea on the minimum requirement for powering up micro
the most important part is its vcc and gnd by using 3.3v regulator(I prefer lm7833 other than what schematic says)
using low pass filters to isolate high frequency noises, effecting mcu
configure vref+,- vdda, vssa for adc - also use low pass filter
crystals should be configured as in the schematic
inductors should be 100uh(not mentioned)
other pins(with label) are jtag pins, required for jtag debugger
