mosfet pinout
Colleagues,
TO-220 MOSFETs have a standard pinout: 1-gate, 2-drain, 3-source. Do SOT-223 MOSFETs have a standard/common pinout too? Could you give me links to a couple datasheets of SOT-223 MOSFETs with such pinouts?
