Hi all...

My question is can we stack two or more uln2803 ICs on top of each other(i.e. in parallel) to increase the max current capability? I want around 600mA in each of the 8 channels at 50% duty cycle (to drive two steppers in full step mode).

Thanks in advance!

Can we? - Yes.
Can we expect equal current share between both chips? - Hopefully yes, but not guaranteed by specification.

You also should consider, that total thermal resistance isn't much reduced by stacking the chips.
