Hi All,

How can i check the stability of a current mirror using spectrRf?

Thanks,

Bouchy

What could turn a current mirror unstable?

for stability analysis in general just add an "iprobe" from analog lib. at any point in ur loop , then do "stb" analysis , its i/p is just like ac analysis but when select probe just select the one u added then check the phase margin .
io think there was some mirrors that have a negative feedback loop inside it , i dont remember the name exactly.
regards
