Square wave pulse generator (5-9 V, 1Hz - 18~20Mhz)

I need an adjustable square wave pulse generator
(5~9 Volts output) that can produce square wave peaks
from 1 Hz to 18~20 MHz.
Can everybody help me to find one on the web?

This can easily be modified by adding dividers to enable you to get down to 1Hz. The output can also be scaled up by adding an additional switching amplifier stage with adjustable Vcc supply.
