I simulated a spiral inductor in HFSS. I need accurate results but I don't know if the results that I obtained are correct.
Should I select "solve inside" in the indutor? And if yes, what kind of mesh operations should I assign?
If I use a patterned ground shield, should I assingn it any type o boundaries or excitation?

My project is this

Help me please.

Thanks
