Spinning LED Message (POV) Using PIC18f4550

hi,recently i've been given a task to design spinning LED (POV) message. The actuator/motor will provide the speed of around 300rpm. I can't find any similar projects here related to the schematic of circuit diagram and C-language code. PIC18f4550 will be programmed using c18-compiler in MPLAB. Anyone can provide me some information here?? Please HELP!!!
