I want to design power amplifier and
I need model to simulate loadpull

The SPICE or Model parameters are available by signed agreement between a real customer and manufacturer at those frequencies and in that power range.
Because these components critical military class, professional comm. grad. space qualified elements. That's why manufacturers such as Triquint, Nitronex, Macom, Cree etc. don't give the model data unless you proof that you are "real customer" or scientific researcher.
