Does anyone have a Spice Model for BF961 or any other N channel Dual Gate MOS operating in depletion mode.
I am investigating a low noise amplifier application at LF, looking to outperform the current offerings of op amps.
I remember using this device in a low noise application at 400 MHz, 25 years ago.
