spice model for 4046 + LM567 needed

Does anyone have an orcad spice model for PLL (4046) and or (LM567) tone decoder.

You can find 4046 in the OrCAD lib files
If you do not install Orcad with all library then this is what you need


D:\ORCAD\CAPTURE\LIBRARY\PSPICE\MIX_MISC.LIB

I don't know about LM567.....maybe you must try on the web .....

well, 4046 model ..
I used this model in MicroCap7 simulator.
MC7 take the model without any problem & convert in component.
But, but, when I wanna use it, MC7 send the error { in line ..
strange indeed.
Any one maybe know where is the problem ???

better late than never.
you'll have to change some lines of the .lib file generated by MicroCap.
Change the lines with "... table={...} ..." to "... table {...} ..."

Hello, I wrote CD54/74HC/HCT4046A behavioral model for LTSPICE.
Approximation for F(VCO_in) is made by
74VHC4046.pdf (p.6) and is not enough correct.
Please, send me your note if possible to complete this work. Other circuit ideas are taken from
phase-ll-scha003b.pdf
(Application Report SCHA003B - September 2002 by W. M. Austin) and from LTSPice group.
Model is fast.
