SPI.setClockDivider() in Arduino Duemilanove

Hello, I have an Arduino Duemilanove and I want to send data from SPI to another microcontroller. The crystal of the Arduino is 16MHz and I want the data on SPI to be sent over this frequency. My question is what value should I put on SPI.setClockDivider() ??? Thank you!
