programar spi flash

can any one show me the method or source program for making an SPI FLASH MEMORY DATA DOWNLOADER FROM COMPUTER VIA USB (IN *.BIN FORM) USING ANY USB MCU?

what about using usb to serial converter ,plug in usb at pc and serial side to the conventional serial programar
