bdm speed problem

Hi all,

Some times when am using BDM Multilink Parallel port Debugger (for MC9S12DG128 series controllers) am not able to connect to target. An error saying BDM Communication Speed Problem is raising. Please can any of you clear my problem. I will more happy if u even tell the cause of this error.
