this is a circuit
the work is to drive a dc motor with help of h bridge but we need to install deadtime.
plz take a look and some help will be greatly appreciated
problem im facing with a inductive load and output is not what is required its quite bizarre

Dear fareen
Hi
Is your problem , creating dead time , really ? if yes , your solution is simple . use an schmitt trigger not gate and an RCD network , simply .
and about your circuit , i think you'd better to use just Nmosfets and then using a driver IC e.g IR2113 or 2110 or 2130 or ....etc
Best Wishes

Did you notice the "incredible" slow risetime of gate signals and the fact that MM6 is permanently on? In a real design, the MOSFETs would be damaged by a gate voltage above maximum ratings.

The intention of the circuit isn't clear. If it's only a functional simulation, you can use ideal SPICE elements as gate drivers. If the simulation purpose is evaluation of a real design, you should use sufficient low impedance push-pull gate drivers and observe the maximum ratings.
