why complex fft

Can we perform complex FFT (or complex DFT) using (Stanford Research or Agilent) spectrum analyzer? Is there any spectrum analyzer that able to display the "negative frequencies" and "positive frequencies" of a complex DFT?

You want to use a "vector signal analyzer". SOME spectrum analyzers, with additional software options, can do this also.

Do you think "Vector Signal Analyzer" (VSA) is able to plot Fig. 2(b) (with negative and positive frequencies) as shown in attached figure?
