Spectre RF PSS analysis in VCO

While simulating transient analysis for oscilliator following warning messages i am getting:
1.Bulk drain junction current exceeds "imelt"
2. Bulk drain junction current exceeds "imax"

After that while running PSS analysis getting same warnings.

I am using ring oscilliator using differential amplifier. in differential amplifier I have used an extra Input at pmos in which I am giving supply of 1.8volt
