Spectre RF error when doing sme simulation

hello,
sometimes when i try to do sme simulation using spectrer rf i get an error
Code: 
*Error* request.il asiiStart: error in start function, request withdrawn ("deleteFile" 11 t nil ("*Error* deleteFile: device or resource busy" "/home/safwat/simulation/ne600p/spectre/schematic/psf/.nfs00f084c600000214"))
this error prevents me from making any simulation and i have to restart the tools , i tried manulaly deleting the file .nfs00f084c60000021 but it fails , any solution or does anyone klnow the cause of such error
