hello

can you tell me how to convert spectre model to work in hspice simulation?

regards

I will recmmend downloading the NCSU CDK which has both spectre and HSPICE simulation model files. By comparing them you can do that.

One important thing as far as I know is spectre is a case sensitive language. SPICE is case insensitive.

You need not to specify all the model parameters in spectre in the same order while you need to do that in SPICE AFAIK.
