Spectre issue,how to convert models??

Hi,
I have problem using spectre in cadence. when I choose the simulation environment as Spectre, it says that first I need to convert spectre siminfo from spectreS (basically convert spectreS models to Spectre models) using the conversion toolbox, but when I run it, it fails. I am using TSMC .25u kit from NCSU. Is there any other way to use spectre as I have to do pole zero analysis which is not available in SpectreS
