spectraquest si (pre-simulation)

this is regarding ddr pre-simulation frequency (pulse) setup in sigxp.

let say ddr clk frequency is 133mhz (data rate is 266mhz)

can you tell me which pulse frequency you will set for clock signal and data signal in spectraquest and Hyperlynx

you must ues higher speed CPU.My computer has 1.5ghz,but it cann't work very well
