Special considerations when using small scale objects in Ansoft Maxwell 3D?

Hello

I am working on a permanent magnet generator in Maxwell 3D.

Are there any special options that need to be set when the entire model is in the millimeter range? Meshing, model resolution, etc?

I am getting inconsistent results and am wondering whether there is a problem with the magnets, inductors, and air gap being so small.
