Specctra fanout problem..

i have 3 bga ic:

1. comp. U1 532 pins, 0.8mm pitch (need to use via1)
2. comp. U2 357 pins, 1.27 mm pitch (need to use via2)
3. comp. U3 256 pins, 1 mm pitch (need to use via3)

rest of board need to use via4.

how to tell specctra fanout with this rules and then to route board with via4 ?

you have ti load the board into spectra and sellect u1 for funout.
then sellect via 1 for funout and run the funout only for the sellected item.
then select u2 for funout with via 2 and run, and so on.
for the rest of the board select via 4 and run.
you have to do it step by step.
 

If you write
unselect all via
select via via4
then, all via will disable and only via4 you can use in your project.
