need a circuit to generate a spark to use in a cooker

You mean for ignition on a gas grill?
Those that I have seen use a piezoelectric element, with no other electronic components.
Is this what you are trying to duplicate?

yes the one like the used in heater and gas grill , I search for an electronic alternate

Easiest might be to use a mains driven neon sign transformer.

More electronic techniques include:

Or, perhaps, a simple application using an automotive ignition coil.
You could probably get something to work based on a strobe light transformer.
